Migraine

Feeling very good to open my blog page after a year, indeed time division is also a great task along job and kids,any ways, about one new thing I studeid in this absence period from my readers,and I really want to share that stuff to u all.Silence Stock Image
Target Stock PhotographyReaders ,some time we feel headache after a long working or because of stress but if this usual pain of headache become severe with feeling of nausea and vomiting ,so must take it serious ,as it would be a Migraine.







What is Migraine and its types are :
An intense feeling of pain on one side of the head with feeling of nausea,sensitivity toward  light and sound and appearance of black spot infront of eye is Migraine.
Types:
Migrain with aura:This type begins with aura, wavy or dotted lines infront of eye and sensitivity toward touch and taste.

Cluster Migrain:Always feel on one side of the head ,it is the most immense pain a human can expereince in his life.

Abdominal Migarine:Pain is felt in abdomen with vomiting.

Retinal Migraine:It starts with ache at the back of eye and ends along dulness or complete loss of vision.

Hemiplegic mMigraine : It starts up with pin or needle like feeling in arm or legs,it is normaly heridatry migraine,some times this migrain shows temporary motor paralysis or sensory distrubance on one side of body.

  • Ophthalmoplegic Migraine: This type needs immediate consult with the doctor ,it cause sever pain in eyeball because of the paralysing of muscle around the eye or cause by the pressure on the nerve behind the eye.
  • Some times ,the reason of migaraine can be 
  • tiredness or stress
  • pressure of work
  • noise pollution
  • skipping of lunch and breakfast
How to ged rid of migraine:

  1. Consult thedoctor,just having a first trigger of  migraine ,better sugested neurologist or  eye specialist in rare case.
2.Try to avoid a noisy and hustle bustle environment ,in order to get relaxation of mind .
3.Avoid to take unnecessary stress or burden of work.
4.Take healty and balanced diet.
5.Sound sleep is indaoubtly the precious gift of God,must take a proper sleep.

6.Must take time for walk especially morning walk so that brain can get the maximum amount of oxygen.
Migraine is not  as much horrible but indeed the pain is more intense than hundred of broken bones.
