Vitamin D

As you may heard on television 's commercial or a paper that moms are used to be worried about the word "vitamin D and its sources",  they are feeding their kids with best of milk accordingly creamy and along hundreds of other nutrients, but the main nutrient of dairy product is calcium (building blocks of healthy bones).Calcium needs an assistant of a vitamin D to get  enter in our bones simply ,now the question arises from where we can take Vitamin D.We had never been seen a tin of milk or a cereal  which contains vit D as well . Get glance over what is vitamin D actually is?

It is  basically  responsible for the intestinal absorption of calcium and phosphate , indeed group of  different fat soluble compounds, cholecalciferol ,secosteroids  and erocociferol commonly known D2 and D3 respectively. D2 and D3 can be taken in by means of supliments, while Vitamin D is basically a hormone which generate in a body in the presence of sunlight. Deficiency of Vitamin D  can cause the disease  named" ricket" (softening of bones in an early age),due to which abnormality  seen in bony organs of one's body, dietry substitute is hard to find for this kind of vitamin.
It 's a genuine fact that deficiency of that type of vitamin is hazardous for bone and may lead the bone toward brittle and fragile state even a hit through a stick may go for the fracture.
Three times a weak exposure of sunlight should be a part of your routine , although there may a certain risk of sun burn but bones are our building blocks, the people ,residing in Canada or northern half of US, people with covered accommodation are at higher risk for the deficiency, older women go toward the osteoporosis  are suggested vitamin D supplement along sun exposure in order to get healthy bone for a long time .

Alopecia




Hello and cheers to my readers after a long time, last few days I was working on a very common issue and finally all my efforts has come to an end with treasure of knowledge  ,which I indeed share with my prestigious readers.Here we go,


You may be familiar with the word "Alopecia" (state of hair lost from scalp specially,eventually cause baldness),this disease mostly found in man ,after having a severe hair lost a person become bald by center or from very front of one's head, in some cases small patches with hair lost mostly in round or oval shape can be found on different places on head ,this is known as alopecia areata multiloculris.Women ,especially after having a baby or during lactation become victim of this disease,if you are weight conscious,so you may also have shedding hairs.Bald woman in red

Causes:

There can be a various reason accordingly,like heredity, fatigue schedule,unbalance diet,dirt and most of all taking hairs as granted.
Remedies And Care:Normally we loss 50 to 60 hairs every day, but count increased is an alarming sign,here we have some tested and authentic remedies which indeed work for sure.

  • Coconut oil with few cloves of garlic are boiled together, apply it luke warm ,for best result do this exercise twice in a week.Rinse the hair with cool water after.

  • Increase iron containing item in your diet ,like apples, liver follic acids capsules etc.

Migraine

What is Migraine and its types are :
An intense feeling of pain on one side of the head with feeling of nausea,sensitivity toward  light and sound and appearance of black spot infront of eye is Migraine.
Types:
Migrain with aura:This type begins with aura, wavy or dotted lines infront of eye and sensitivity toward touch and taste.

Cluster Migrain:Always feel on one side of the head ,it is the most immense pain a human can expereince in his life.

Abdominal Migarine:Pain is felt in abdomen with vomiting.

Retinal Migraine:It starts with ache at the back of eye and ends along dulness or complete loss of vision.

Hemiplegic mMigraine : It starts up with pin or needle like feeling in arm or legs,it is normaly heridatry migraine,some times this migrain shows temporary motor paralysis or sensory distrubance on one side of body.

  • Ophthalmoplegic Migraine: This type needs immediate consult with the doctor ,it cause sever pain in eyeball because of the paralysing of muscle around the eye or cause by the pressure on the nerve behind the eye.

  • skipping of lunch and breakfast

  1. Consult thedoctor,just having a first trigger of  migraine ,better sugested neurologist or  eye specialist in rare case.
2.Try to avoid a noisy and hustle bustle environment ,in order to get relaxation of mind .
3.Avoid to take unnecessary stress or burden of work.
4.Take healty and balanced diet.
5.Sound sleep is indaoubtly the precious gift of God,must take a proper sleep.

6.Must take time for walk especially morning walk so that brain can get the maximum amount of oxygen.
Migraine is not  as much horrible but indeed the pain is more intense than hundred of broken bones.
