Hello and cheers to my readers after a long time, last few days I was working on a very common issue and finally all my efforts has come to an end with treasure of knowledge ,which I indeed share with my prestigious readers.Here we go,
You may be familiar with the word "Alopecia" (state of hair lost from scalp specially,eventually cause baldness),this disease mostly found in man ,after having a severe hair lost a person become bald by center or from very front of one's head, in some cases small patches with hair lost mostly in round or oval shape can be found on different places on head ,this is known as alopecia areata multiloculris.Women ,especially after having a baby or during lactation become victim of this disease,if you are weight conscious,so you may also have shedding hairs.
Causes:
There can be a various reason accordingly,like heredity, fatigue schedule,unbalance diet,dirt and most of all taking hairs as granted.
Remedies And Care:Normally we loss 50 to 60 hairs every day, but count increased is an alarming sign,here we have some tested and authentic remedies which indeed work for sure.
- Coconut oil with few cloves of garlic are boiled together, apply it luke warm ,for best result do this exercise twice in a week.Rinse the hair with cool water after.
- Crashed the chunks of coconut , obtained milk of coconut would amazing application for scalp with no hairs.
- Chopped onion till juice of it can be obtained , have it on scalp for 15 minutes then rinse it with any mild shampoo.
- Egg's yolk with few drops of olive oil , massage it and leave for an hour, then have a hair wash.
- Curd ,cream and eggs ,make a paste ,apply it ,it will not only work for hair fall but also leave your hair shinny and smooth silky.
- Increase iron containing item in your diet ,like apples, liver follic acids capsules etc.
Your hairs make up your personality, enhances the charm as well, keep yourself touchy about your lovely tresses,avoid combing the wet locks of hair.
Don't tie your locks tightly.
Fashion is a passion , but your hairs are your treasure, avoid perming ,blue dryer,dyeing , straighting,try your best to stay your hairs away from chemicals as much as you can.
Take protein, iron and vitamin containing food to large extent for strong tresses.
